How does working with Cheffusion work?

Cheffusion will contact you within 24 hours of your booking. Also, she will go over any allergies, questions, comments or concerns. Cheffusion will show up to the Venue, Home, Air Bnb, etc provided 2-3 hours prior, depending on the type of function. We do not cook in any hotel rooms. Upon arrival please ensure that the kitchen and service area is clean, and free of any debris. We don’t do drop offs. We pride ourselves in Fine Dining, and Luxury services.

Will there be a set menu?

We offer a curated menu for 3, 4, and 5 Courses. The host can add any Entree, Appetizer, Salad, or Dessert for additional pricing. For those seeking Family Style, food will be placed on beautiful platters by Cheffusion. If the host prefers a different menu, we will curate one for a $15 Fee.

Do I have to provide cookware, ingredients, etc?

No, all of the ingredients, and cookware are provided. Cheffusion just ask that you provide glassware, plates and utensils. All equipment is provided, except for smokers and grills.

Pricing and Deposits

A 50% deposit, is due upon sending the invoice. This deposit covers the cost of food, travel, gas, equipment, etc. Any event outside a 50 mile radius, a travel fee will be applied to the invoice.

Travel expenses for destination events that will require, Room/ Board, and Flights will be discussed during consultation depending on destination, number of days for the event, and cost of flights.

The remainder of the deposit is due 1-2 weeks prior to your event.

Cancellations made by host, Cheffusion will retain 25% of the deposit for cancellations a week before the event. For Cancellations 3 days prior, Cheffusion will retain 50% of the deposit, and Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the event Cheffusion will retain 100% of monies acquired. If remaining balances are not paid within a week before your event, Cheffusion has the right to cancel and retain deposit. If Cheffusion cancels due to sickness, emergencies, the party will be fully refunded.

Prices are subjected to change based off the availability and cost of products. Chef Fee and Taxes are applied on Invoice.

Rentals

If you prefer for Cheffusion to provide plates, utensils, and glassware, there will be a rental fee added upon booking.
